From December 2024 to January 2025, the Community Health Foundation (CHF) led a life-changing medical mission in Mile 91, Sierra Leone. With the dedication of healthcare professionals from the USA and Sierra Leone, hundreds of patients received free essential treatments, maternal care, and life-saving interventions. This mission continues to transform lives and strengthen communities.
